SKY provides detailed project budgeting at the onset of the project and works closely with the Owner/Client tomaintain the set budget during the entire process. SKY also provides such services as scheduling, working directlywith financial institutions on bank loans and draw schedules, drawing plans or details as required, selecting andprocuring finishes and fixtures with and for the Owner, providing project submittals for Owner approvals, andcoordinating subcontractor bids and scopes throughout the process.
